Wrapping paper tubes
Large boxes (over 24”) - please flatten
Leftover holiday card envelopes
Wine corks
Tennis ball canisters
Kleenex boxes (long)
Dry cleaning pant hangers
Old blow dryer
Old iron

DO NOT NEED:
Shoes boxes
Egg cartons
Hard plastic bottles

ALL DONATIONS SHOULD BE  PLACED IN GREEN BINS
in the front office or outside the Makerspace classroom

  • Organize supplies in class
  • Sort recyclables outside
  • Cut cardboard
  • Cut rubber pads into discs

WHAT YOU CAN DO AT HOME: 
  • Find tips for holiday gift giving and making in last December's MakerSpace newsletter
  • Find more fun projects for your kids under the "Resources" tab or the "Newsletter Archives" tab
  • Build a Maker area at home for your child
  • Roll newspaper tubes - 3 sheets of paper rolled tightly is a great building material. Click here for instructions.
